Ecos This was a development of 5 houses which were constructed to Level 5 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. We helped them achieve this high standard by providing 184mm Frames with Diffutherm. We also installed Warmcel insulation to the external and internal walls and roofs. These house therefore have a very low carbon footprint. St Mellion These houses are being built to Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Construction. The Frames are 194mm and we have also supplied and installed Warmcel insulation. The roof structures are traditional cut roofs using glulam beams for structural elements, creating large vaulted areas under the 45 degree pitched roof.
